How It Works: The Booking Process

How do I book a meeting?+

Book via the secure form on our website or call our team directly — both available 24/7. Once we receive your request, we confirm availability with your chosen companion and arrange the details. Response is typically within 15 minutes.

What information do I need to provide for booking?+

We ask for your first name, phone number and email. For outcall meetings, we also need the full location address. This is the minimum required to coordinate securely. We never use your data for marketing.

How quickly will I get a confirmation?+

Our concierge team is available 24/7 and typically confirms bookings within 15 minutes around the clock. After you submit a request we immediately contact the companion to verify availability and come back to you by WhatsApp, Telegram or email. Requests made during quieter overnight hours may occasionally take slightly longer, but someone is always on hand to respond.

Can I book for the same day?+

Yes. Contact us as early as possible to ensure the best availability. A few hours of advance notice significantly increases the likelihood of securing your preferred companion, especially during peak times.

Are the photos on the website genuine?+

Yes. All companions undergo verification, and portfolio images must be recent and accurate. We do not tolerate misrepresentation — the person you meet is the person presented on our website.

Deposits & Payments

Why is a deposit required for some bookings?+

Deposits are requested for extended bookings, first-time clients, or travel arrangements. They confirm your commitment and secure the companion's reserved time, protecting both parties.

How is my deposit protected?+

Deposits are held by the agency and not disbursed until after the meeting. If the agency or companion cancels, your deposit is refunded immediately and in full.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Cash (GBP) paid directly to the companion at the start of your meeting. Some companions also accept EUR or USD — confirm at booking. Deposits are handled via secure bank transfer. We do not process credit cards for the final balance.

When is the final balance paid?+

The fee is presented in cash upon the companion's arrival. Settling payment upfront is standard practice, allowing the rest of the time to be focused entirely on the experience.

Screening & Safety

What is your screening process and why does it exist?+

We may request basic verifiable information from new clients, such as a social media profile or professional reference. This ensures safety for our companions. All screening data is handled with complete discretion and never shared.

What happens if I feel uncomfortable during a meeting?+

You have the absolute right to end any meeting at any point. We encourage open communication from the outset. If a situation cannot be resolved, end the appointment calmly and inform the agency afterwards.

Cancellations & Changes

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?+

Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice carry no penalty. Less notice may incur a fee to compensate the companion for reserved time. Call us directly to discuss changes.

What is your policy if the agency or escort needs to cancel?+

We notify you immediately and offer a suitable alternative companion. If no replacement meets your satisfaction, any deposit paid is refunded in full without delay.

Is the deposit refundable if I cancel?+

More than 48 hours' notice — fully refundable or held for a future booking. Within 48 hours — typically non-refundable, as the companion has reserved that time exclusively for you.

What is the policy for no-shows or very late cancellations?+

Any deposit paid is forfeited. Clients with a history of last-minute cancellations may be required to prepay for future bookings. Timely communication is essential.

Privacy & Discretion

How do you protect my personal information?+

We collect only the essentials. Data is stored on encrypted systems with limited access. Our team is bound by confidentiality agreements. We never share your information with third parties.

How long do you keep my booking data?+

Booking details are kept for approximately 72 hours to handle post-booking queries, then permanently deleted. We do not maintain a long-term database of client information.

Will I ever receive marketing emails or calls from you?+

No. We have a strict no-marketing policy. Your contact information is used exclusively for booking-related communication. No newsletters, no promotions, no unsolicited offers.

Responsibilities & Expectations

What are the mutual expectations for conduct during a meeting?+

Mutual respect, punctuality, hygiene and clear communication. Our companions maintain the same professional standard. Any abusive or disrespectful behaviour results in immediate termination of the meeting.

What is the agency's role and responsibility?+

We verify companion identity and professionalism, manage bookings with discretion, and maintain clear policies on payments, cancellations and conduct. We are your point of contact for any issues.
