Booking records, including your name, contact details, and appointment information, are retained for up to 72 hours following the conclusion of your appointment to manage any post-booking queries. After this period, all personally identifiable data is permanently deleted from our active systems. You may also request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us at bookings@vaurel.co.uk.
